Frequently Asked Questions

WorkflowMax by Bluerock is tweaking a few parts of the migration process. They are advising partners and customers to conduct a trial migration in April 2024 and to set a Go-LIVE date for May 2024 to allow for some of the features they are releasing.

As foundation partners, The Rype Group has direct access to the migration tool and can conduct both trial, and Go-LIVE migrations.

Custom reports will need to be re-built and reconfigured in WorkflowMax By Bluerock. 

This is not included in our free migration service. 

If you would like The Rype Group to reconfigure your custom reports, please refer to our paid packages.

Document and Print templates will need to be manually migrated over from WorkflowMax by Xero to WorkflowMax by Bluerock.

This is not included in the free migration service. If you would like The Rype Group to migrate your templates, please refer to our paid packages.

You will need to re-connect your XERO file and other integrations after you have migrated. If you would like The Rype Group to assist/facilitate, this is included in our paid packages.

You can take advantage of WorkflowMax by Bluerock’s free trial to explore the  platform.

You can still utilize the platform to familiarize yourself with tasks like adding jobs, navigating the system and inputting dummy data. However, remember that any data or configurations you make  will be overwritten each time data migration occurs, and presently the migration tool is  only available to partners, and not customers.

Before engaging The Rype Group for any of our WorkflowMax packages,  please ensure that you are completely satisfied with  WorkflowMax by Bluerock  and its future feature releases before proceeding with any of our services.

For any optimisations, re-configurations, training, orientation, or on-boarding we have a number of fixed fee pricing packages available.

Migration takes about 24-48 hours.

Each time the migration tool is used it overrides any data or configurations in WorkflowMax by Bluerock

Please note that if you create a WorkflowMax by Bluerock account and tidy up your data within it, then re-migrate, it will overwrite your clean up.

You have two options:

1. Clean up your data in your WorkflowMax by XERO account BEFORE your Go-LIVE migration.

2. Clean up your data in your WorkflowMax by Bluerock account AFTER your Go-LIVE migration.

No. During the migration process there will be a period of 24-48 hours where you will not be able to use either file (WorkflowMax by Bluerock or WorkflowMax by XERO).

  1. Upon submitting a request,  we  will send you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received we will commence working through the items included in your selected package.
  1. Client sessions and training are conducted remotely 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays and weekends and subject to consultant availability.
  1. The Rype Group is not affiliated with WorkflowMax by XERO or WorkflowMax Bluerock and does not control the development of their products. We offer consultancy, migration, training, and configuration services only.
  2. WorkflowMax by Bluerock is continuously evolving, and it’s the clients responsibility to ensure that it is suitable for your business needs. Any technical issues, missing features/functionality or updates are the responsibility of WorkflowMax by Bluerock.
  3. To utilize any package, including our free migration service, The Rype Group must be nominated as your designated WorkflowMax by Bluerock partner.
  4. Clients are responsible for selecting the appropriate subscription level and paying subscription fees directly to WorkflowMax by Bluerock.
